AI is not a demo. It cuts cost.

Chatbots, documents, reports, repeated work. In the right place AI saves hours. In the wrong place it is noise. I pick the right place.

Showing AI on a slide is easy. Putting it into operations is hard. I do the second: which task repeats, which data is dirty, which decision is late? Then I wire the model there. That is the AI and automation offer.

Where it pays

  • Support: frequent questions, order status, bookings.
  • Documents: drafts, summaries, first-pass contracts.
  • Reports: one sentence and an alert instead of a nightly table.
  • Internal: breaking the copy-paste chain.

Trust and measurement

Customer data does not go to a random model. Roles, logs, a human in the loop. Gain is not a slide: minutes, errors, revenue. Unmeasured automation is decoration.

Work you give to the machine makes room for the work that is worth your time.

We start with one process and grow when the proof is visible. Tell me which task is tired.

What I will not automate

A customer-specific promise, a legal call, a price exception — those stay with a human. Rules first, then the model. The Kahraman voice holds here too: the tool serves the work, not the other way around.

We start small

One support queue, one report, one document draft. If proof shows in two weeks, we grow. If not, we cut — I do not write automation for a slide.
